Check-in at the Kimpton Miralina is at 4:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

The Workshop will be held in Kimpton Miralina’s Meridian Ballroom DEF each day.

Check-in begins at 7:30am in the West Meridian Foyer, just outside the meeting room.  Please stop by to check in and pick up your nametag, lanyard, and goodie bag. The breakfast buffet also opens at 7:30am.

The event registration fee includes breakfast each morning, lunch on Monday, and a fellowship reception on Monday from 5:30pm – 6:30pm featuring light hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

No. This is strictly a live, in-person event.

Yes. Instructions for connecting to the dedicated network will be available in the meeting room.

This program has been pre-approved for CLE credit in the following states:

  • Colorado (15.00 hours, including 1.2 ethics)
  • Indiana (12.75 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Illinois (12.80 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Kansas (15.00 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Minnesota (12.75 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Mississippi (12.80, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Missouri (15.40, including 1.2 ethics)
  • Ohio (12.75 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Oklahoma (15.00 hours, including 1.0 ethics)
  • Texas (13.00 hours, including 1.0 ethics)

McAfee & Taft will be responsible for reporting earned credit hours to Indiana Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Texas within 14 days of the event.

For all other states, McAfee & Taft will provide certificates of attendance so attorneys can self-report to their respective bar associations.

Attorneys needing CLE credit will be required to complete and sign a “Record of CLE Attendance” form and return it to the check-in desk prior to leaving the Workshop.

A full refund will be provided for cancellations received on or before April 13. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact events@mcafeetaft.com before April 13 to request a full refund. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations received after April 13.
